Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds

Important: Due to the intimate nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Can I Return or Exchange a Perfume?

We accept returns and exchanges only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging with the seal intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

What qualifies for a return/exchange:

  • Product is unopened with original seal intact
  • Request initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product in original condition and packaging

What doesn't qualify:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged by customer

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@essenze.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address
  3. Ship the unused product back to us (return shipping costs are customer's responsibility)
  4. Once received and verified, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refund Processing

  • Refund Method:Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time:5-10 business days after we receive and verify the return
  • Deductions:Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@essenze.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
