Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds
Important: Due to the intimate nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Can I Return or Exchange a Perfume?
We accept returns and exchanges only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging with the seal intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
What qualifies for a return/exchange:
- Product is unopened with original seal intact
- Request initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product in original condition and packaging
What doesn't qualify:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Requests after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged by customer
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Email us at contact@essenze.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address
- Ship the unused product back to us (return shipping costs are customer's responsibility)
- Once received and verified, we'll process your refund or exchange
Refund Processing
- Refund Method:Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing Time:5-10 business days after we receive and verify the return
- Deductions:Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@essenze.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
